The manager at the location we stayed at was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

We arrived just after check-in (3 pm on a Friday) and the room was already perfect and ready for us on the 4th floor (the top of the hotel). We had two queen beds with three huge fluffy pillows each and lovely down alternative bedding. Local channels, Netflix, and YouTube are available, but we just wanted to crash.
We passed the pool on our way in- it was curtained off from the hall, which was a very appreciated touch. There is also a dining area on the way in on the first floor, with offerings from breakfast to basic pub fare and hummus. It was nice to know there were options for food and entertainment if we were in search of activities beyond family.
The shower pressure was great, and the room was super quiet. We had no idea if anyone was staying in rooms near us or not despite the parking lot being full the entire weekend. That says a lot. The next time we are in need of a room, we will make sure to stay here.

My mini fridge was hot inside amd not working. The toilet filled up to the rim every 3rd flush. I found 2 used wash raga hanging from the shower curtain rod. They were all crusty and disgusting.

It was great! The room was cozy n clean and the dark curtains were awesome. I liked the way the room was set up. It was like we had a bedroom not just everything cramped into one area. Only thing was the toilet seat didn't stay up when my husband lifted it. It slammed right back down. But it was a great stay!
