We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it having a 24 shuttle. I was very pleased with everything I expect in a mid-priced property. It had modern and pleasing decor. It was very clean. Staff were efficient and pleasant. The shuttle was quick and the driver helpful. Food was a problem. Restaurants in the vicinity are not walkable. The Bistro is in the lobby, has a bar and a limited menu. We ended up ordering through GrubHub, eating in some nice booths along the side. My husband did buy a beer from the bar. $12.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and it having a 24 shuttle. I was very pleased with everything I expect in a mid-priced property. It had modern and pleasing decor. the front desk staff not very helpful. There was no available parking, staff didn't care told us to find a spot. The elevator wasn't working so had the go up 3 flights with luggage. Not good

Overall, the property was nice. It was clean always. The parking was OK at times considering there was a concert going on and certain times of the night. There was no parking available. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and overall experience fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevators weren’t working on the side of the hotel I was staying on. I was put on the third floor. The ice machines weren’t working on my side of the hotel. The stay wasn’t bad it was just the inconvenience.

Hotel was nice and close to the airport. There was a storm and the computer was down... so check-in took a few minutes, but staff was working diligently to resolve. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for parking, and no one told me about that. Didn't know it - until I got the bill.
