Convenient and clean

Very pleasant stay

My room was very comfortable, with a beautiful "park view". I appreciated that the AC unit, until the HVAC in many hotels, was quiet enough that I could sleep. I had supper and breakfast in the Bistro; the food was delicious. All the staff were wonderful. I'd stay here again, no question.

We were very satisfied with our accommodations and service while we were there!

The staff was always very friendly. The room was very clean. And the backyard patio looking over the balcony was stunning.

Everything was in tiptop shape. Clean, well maintained.

Everything was good, the only part that was A litle problem was t h e pool. We were with our 9 year old granddaughter and she loves to swim. The was taken over by about 6 or 7 younger boys with no adult supervision. They were very loud and running around and jumping in the pool from the hotbtub

It was easy to get on/off the interstate. Easy to find, check in/out was easy. Room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable.

I typically stay at this hotel each time I’m in Dayton. Never had a bad experience.

Great place and clean!

Room was DIRTY and the air conditioner did not work. When you turned it on it was very loud and had an odor. The front desk brought us a fan. The bathroom was not touched hair was everywhere and dirty washcloths were still thrown over the shower rod. One of the beds sheets were not changed so I had to requests sheets and change them myself. What’s worse is Expedia changed my reservation from a better hotel due to overbooking to this place. I will probably never book through Expedia again.

Very nice staff

Everything was nice. Rooms were clean, AC worked well, pool with hot tub open and available. Bar area open if we wanted a drink.

Excelente localización para la Universidad de Dayton, habitaciones están comodas, limpieza durante la estadía No la hicieron, tuvimos que dar seguimiento y aún así no la hicieron según requerida. La propiedad está en construcción area del "lobby"y salón frente al elevador. NO limpiaron ningún día el polvo de la construcción. A pesar de mencionar y requerir asistencia del Gerente los 6 dias desde la entrada hasta el elevador lleno de polvo de construcción. Mientras dure la construccion no es recomendable para personas con asma o alergias porque empeora la situación.

This property is undergoing a lobby renovation… that was fine. But it is woefully understaffed!! The one person (on Mother’s Day & UD graduation day) for the BISTRO was in a chaotic situation!! No food prep had been done, items for sale at the BISTRO were limited, she was trying hard but was overwhelmed!!! No housekeeping services for a 2 day stay! ROOM AC was not activated so it was stuffy. I expect more from Marriott than was experienced.

When booking the property there was no disclosure that the lobby was under complete construction with no front desk but a computer and a table. Also the gym was closed due to renovations as well. Lack of information when booking

Under construction. While I understand and appreciate that remodels are necessary, I feel it should be disclosed at booking. I would have chose an alternative option for my trip.

Micheal was great! Front desk staff was great help I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back ☺️

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bedding is nice. And the furniture is clean. The room is appropriately sized for a two-person stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating!
