Front Desk at check in, Rep welcome me with a warm and friendly smile. Front lobby, hallways and room very clean, elevators nice and clean. Entire hotel smelled fresh and clean. Bathroom in room very clean. I always look for cleanliness and hair free! This hotel definitely pass the test! Will definitely recommend this one!

When I got off the beltway the GPS had us go another way to enter if was difficult to find the entrance at night when it’s your first time there. Our first night the floor smelled like bad fish. In our room we had no trash bags in the trash cans.I told the young man at the front desk the next morning and he said it should smell better soon because housekeep was around and he said he would ask housekeeping to put bags in but they never came to my room. It did smell a little better but it got much better on Sunday morning we didn’t smell anything. There is no Jacuzzi which states the hotel has one but they didn’t pool was a lil cooler than what I expected. Thank you for the fresh pool towel on Saturday night. Besides all of that it was a cool place to stay at.

It was horrible fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning and stayed on until 9 in the morning . Claim they called fire department never seen any trucks or fire fighter come up and when asked what was happening was told we had to wait until their matience man come to turn it off . No apologies or anything asked for management at check out and was told there was none. Horrible experience will never go back again
