Clean room and very friendly staff

Excellent staff and support when you need.

I normally do not write reviews, but after my recent experience I feel compelled to share. I would strongly caution against staying at this property. The level of cleanliness and customer service fell far below expectations, particularly for a Marriott brand. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not properly cleaned. The carpet felt sticky, there was visible hair in the shower, and, most concerning, dog feces on the floor. Because we arrived very late at night and had to leave early the next morning for a funeral, it wasn’t until the following day that I noticed the extent of the issue. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was told the room would simply be cleaned after we checked out—leaving us to return to a room in that unacceptable condition. I later contacted customer service and was offered 5,000 points as compensation. Considering the circumstances, this felt inadequate. In my opinion, the stay should have been fully comped as a gesture of accountability. As a professional pilot, I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a negative impression that I will no longer consider Marriott properties in the future.

Everything was satisfactory with the exception of one elevator “out of order”.

We didn’t realize the controls for the air were not on the console so we were freezing… there was no hot tub…. No free breakfast…. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I loved staying here! It was clean and nice. The staff was incredible. They were all so nice and accommodating. My son forgot his charger to his iPad and the bartender/server pulled out a bunch of cords and helped him out and even plugged it in for him at the table. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful and clean hotel. I am very impressed and pleased.

DO NOT CHOOSE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS!! They have a lock on the A/C.!!! It read 74 degrees at night but it was so hot in the room I had to fan myself before getting to sleep! Ugh! 1 elevator only working. The toilet would not flush!! I had to wait for the 3rd time to flush away. Great choice for staff. Facilty -boo hiss!

Excellent service and great location

For a Marriott you expect it to be kept nice. Our toilet came away from the floor. Our refrigerator didn’t work and we asked if they could fix it or replace it. They didn’t. I have eye drops that need refrigeration and I ruined an entire bottle on this account.

Remote, nothing to do in walking distance.

Love the Starbucks space with appetizing options.

I didn’t like how small the television was.

The bathroom floor was covered in long black hairs. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

The restaurant was very good: fresh food and efficient services The check in and checkout process was very simple The room very clean; had a problem with the blower on the AC.

Convenient location near Trenton airport. Great for short stays and meetings!

This hotel is nice. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Towels were worn and old. Very limited tv stations available and although listed MSNBC is obviously blocked by management. Front desk reps are very professional and friendly. Not located near anything.
