Excellent, convenient location for our traveling needs.

Our room was extremely outdated.The beds were of no use.They were so uncomfortable.Coiled Springs, push in through very uncomfortable all night bachelor party down the hall.People screaming laughing drunks run around slamming doors and this went on to almost 3 AM. We won't even discuss the highway noise which made it sound like we were standing on the shoulder of the road. The property as a whole didn't look very well maintained. Landscaping along the outer edges. The building was just dead or dirt or weeds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody for any reason. And I'm thoroughly disappointed. The fact that the front of the hotel actually said Marriott. I've never been so disappointed in the Marriott property and all our years of travel.

Convenient location for our stay.

Upon arrival I was told breakfast was from 7 to 11 assuming it was continental breakfast. Also, I left in the morning and asked for housekeeping to empty the garbage and vacuum when returning back to my hotel at 5:30 PM it was not done. I had to request it to be done again. There wasn’t clear communication

My wife, daughter and myself was really excited about spending our three day getaway at the courtyard Marriott. We were especially excited about the opportunity to using the swimming pool and the hot tub however the pool was not very clean and extremely cold and the hot tub was taped off due to mechanical issues. So this being the highlight of our stay it really was disappointing to me and my family. We were also in need of ice every morning for our small cooler however it was a bit of an inconvenience due to the fact that the ice maker on our floor was out of order and so we had no other alternative but leave our third floor lodging and travel to the first floor level where the only functioning ice maker was located on the premises. And to only add to the injury my daughter's room was in need of the engineering department to make needed repairs to the faucet assembly. But other than the mention situations our stay was tolerable and in expectation considerable compensation for the lack of transparency of the existing conditions that truly affected the satisfaction of our visit.

Beware on overcharging on credit card if you purchase something. Check your credit statement

Great hotel! Clean from the outside to the inside, very friendly staff and we love that there are many choices of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel.

Convenient late night check in

Typical Marriott Courtyard property. Didn't have but one coffee pod. Bed was not up to Marriott standards, and the A/C unit sounds like a Mack truck. Needs repair as this is a very warm spring and summer location.

clean up to date room. staff was friendly and helpful. ice machine not working on my floor- a little inconvenient when having mobility issues but dealt with it

Very pleased with the staff as they were very professional, courteous and kind. Disappointed in the breakfast. Did not know that I had to pay for breakfast. Room was clean and neat and comfortable.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I am traveling through Fairfield. Always spotless clean rooms, best hotel breakfast you can find anywhere. Beds are comfy.

Great property. Close to services but off the Main Street

Bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced. No complimentary breakfast?? Lobby had a Starbucks/bar was a joke, although the lady that attended it Friday night was fantastic

Marriott provides a decent room and that's about it. it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, a morning coffee, or god forbid, a continental breakfast for their frequent customers.. but no! That would be considered hospitality.
