This is the location that we usually book the staff is amazing. Just wish we had a pool

Didn’t get the breakfast I paid to include but otherwise it was a decent hotel stay

Nice stay other than we couldn’t get the a/c to cool down the room. Also breakfast isn’t free. Plenty to do in the area

The management and staff were professional, friendly, and responsive to my needs. The hotel did have a washer and dryer for the customers but they required $2.00 in quarters for washing and $2.00 in quarters for drying. The front desk does not maintain any cash. Since the hotel staff isn't allowed to maintain coins on hand. I recommend replacing those appliances with ones that accept credit and bank cards.

The chemical smell of the product that we used in the room was overwhelming. I checked out an hour later and move to another hotel.

I was only there to spend the night before catching an early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Amazing service by staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It looked like they were doing their best with the conditions. Room and bathroom were dirty. There was lots of mold and rust in the bathroom. Floor in the room was warped or uneven and this was supposed to be a handicap accessible room.

The staff never cleaned our room, we hand some dirty towels with hair on them and they were supposed to be clean. We had to ask for more towels. They left food in the refrigerator from the people before us the carpet wasn’t clean. The good thing the beds were clean. Thank you.

My family stayed here for 4 July weekend the carpets need to be shampooed or updated. You can smell the odor like mildew from the carpet being old and nasty. The bathrooms are outdated and need to be updated. The sinks in the bathroom is broken the pillows the bedding needs to be replaced. The pillows had an odor to. . The pillows had an odor to them. We went out and brought new pillows.

It was a good place

I would like to see more items to choose from on the breakfast menu, if your staffing permits.

The rate I book change when I got there the room contained rust and residue around the doors and the set was totally loose will never go here again as long as I live.

Hotel location was nice. Room was quiet.

All I’m going to say is check the mattresses & never again . Very disgusting property its totally unacceptable & the AC was broken . You have motels cleaner than this joint . They gave me a new room & points for my inconvenience . The mattress in the new room was worse than this one . I spent an extra 100 dollars in Walmart to by my own blankets to sleep on top of , I would have slept more comfortably in my car , at least it’s clean .

Property needs to be better maintained. The air conditioning in the common areas and gym was not working during our two day stay. Uncomfortable. Thankfully the a/c was working in our guest room. little things add up to an impression that there's not a lot of concern about maintaining the property. Two examples, there was black mold along the entire bottom of the glass shower enclosure in our room. in the gym, there were several ceiling panels that were badly water stained and had not been replaced. Appeared to have been in that condition for some time.
