The staff here was so friendly and helpful. No room safe. Very small gym with limited work out equipment. Really nothing to explore or see close to the hotel and no other restaurants close by. The room was in good condition. The hotel did not look shabby. Solid 3 stars from me. The hotel shuttle and driver was a nice plus too.

I liked the location as to how close it was to JFK. However, the menu was quite limited and the food was terrible. The gym is really small (I've seen home gyms with more in them than this one). As for the shuttle, the driver drove quite fast and was on the opposite side of the road heading toward oncoming traffic as he looked to avoid having to wait for a car to move that was blocking our lane. He then drove into one driveway of a gas station and out the other side and into oncoming traffic. Pointed these issues out to the hotel management and got a pre-scripted response that left me feeling like nothing is going to change.

My overnight stay was pleasant. The rooms are small however, that is typical for NYC hotels. The shuttle service provided was efficient.

I picked the property for the shuttle and I asked if I needed to reserve it. I was told no. I went down to take the shuttle and there were about 30 people waiting. The property had two shuttle buses but only one was working so I had to take a Lyft and pay for it of course. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew the shuttle was an issue. :(

I believe the front desk ladies name was Stephanie but she was extremely rude when we asked kindly when our room would be ready. She kept leading us on letting us know "it will be ready soon" and took over 4 hours. Our room was dirty and I have additional pictures I will be uploading to a google review. I would not recommend staying here.

Good stay for a layover
Being from the nyc area I wouldn’t choose this if I was coming for vaca truly an airport hotel . That being said it was very quiet and very comfortable beds.

Well I was flying to Bali and stayed here the night before going on a 21 hour flight. I had 2 45 pound bags with me. The shuttle picks us up and gets on the highway and broke down about 1/2 mile from the airport on the highway. The person driving said, “well you are almost to the airport so you will have to walk the rest”. There was a group of us walking on the highway with our heavy bags and we almost got hit by multiple cars because people drive crazy in NYC. There was no apology given or even an offer of a refund. I cancelled that hotel for my return flight to Bali and will never stay here again.
