Airport shuttle employees were amazing. Check-in was efficiently done. Overall service staff did a good job. Room was dated. Toilet was dirty with splatter in the bowl, definitely not cleaned correctly.

Overall, a well-managed, comfortable place in which to stay, if, like nearly all its affordable hotel kin, it's strongly corporatized, in management decisions, decor, and dedication to rude profit-making. Examples of the latter include the costs of parking--$22/day--and in the snack-and-soda shop, where a small bag of M&Ms was $4.50, and that was perhaps the closest to a reasonably-priced option. Sticking it to captive purchasers, in the mode favored by cinemas and the like, is simply a form of price-gouging. But the bathroom was clean, the toilet flushed without problem, and the lights worked. Mostly, anyway. One of them had a loose cord connection, making safety a larger question than one generally prefers when flipping a switch. And there was a small stain--looked like a bit of chocolate rubbed-in--on the main sheet of the bed. Probably not a big deal. But then, if they're gonna charge $22/day to park in an open lot, I think it shouldn't be a surprise that guests may be somewhat picky about the bedding.

Room was nice, but didn’t like the bathroom was 3 steps fine from the bedroom.

Downtown Omaha is a must visit

Thank you for letting me stay for a few hours in the lobby while waiting for my delayed flight. Excellent hotel.

We were very happy with the rooms at this hotel. It was clean and modern, and the on-site bistro was convenient. I would have preferred a continental breakfast for the price we were paying. Most frustrating was the requirement to pay $22/night for parking in the hotel's parking lot.

Very nice place to stay! My only complaint would be that you can hear all the cars and motorcycles on the highway but other than that it’s a great hotel and would stay again! Also you can sometimes hear the neighbors talking.

Es la tercera ves que me hospedo en el hotel, muy buena ubicacion, estacionamiento gratis, pese que es el centro no hay homeless. Muchas opciones de comida y actividades alrededor, esta el old market muy cerca. Si vienen a conocer Omaha es una excelente opcion. Puntos negativos, La comida del hotel es muy mala y cara. La cama rechinava y al estar en el tercer piso, escuchaba mucho del trafico y me desperto constantemente en la noche. Personal amable. Pondria una cobijita adicional en el closet. Amplias y agradables las habitaciones. Tiene netflix!!

We were disappointed that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast, but, given the location I understand. Hecking was slow but someone else did jump in and check in people. This was a nice hotel for just a one night stay for a concert nearby.

Conveniently located. Had issues with guests next door to us being loud into all hours of the night with a conjoining room.

Spacious room. Very close to old town. Had to call for maintenance because tv wasn't working. Couldn't figure out how the showerhead worked. Had to call for help. Staff very friendly.

No pool, no breakfast, surprisingly expensive to park at the hotel, very noisy.
