Hallway carpets are on need of replacement. They appear to have ground on dirt and mud, other than that hotel is in very good shape.

Christina at the front desk was one of the best interactions I’ve had in a long time with a service individual. She was super friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of.

The location and area was good. The room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the wall are very thin. You could hear everything especially from outside.

This experience wasn’t the best experience I have had at a hotel. We were located in a very hot town. The one thing we were looking forward to was the pool. We weren’t unable to use the pool because the pool was so over crowded. We couldn’t understand why. When I say over crowded I mean we didn’t even have a place to sit. Now while waiting to try and get in the pool we saw people coming from the back gate. When asked we were told they weren’t staying at our hotel they were staying at another hotel but they were able to use the pool because their pool didn’t work. When brought up to management they said there was nothing that could be done because they were a sister hotel. I didn’t feel that was fair at all. Pool was closed at 9 so there was no time to ever get in.

it was good. we were only in town for 2 nights so it was fine. the lobby is really pretty and the room was nice. some of the things in the room could use some updating/fixing but overall it was a pleasant experience. a nice, budget friendly stay for sure
