I don't see any reason to have two bibles in a California hotel. I was both shocked and disappointed.
I think it wrong to charge $10.00/day for self-parking.
I think it wrong to charge and extra day when you check-out at 11am, a day earlier than planned.

Great hotel and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Also walking distance to downtown shopping area. Nice gym. Food service was surprisingly good from the little restaurant in the lobby.

I thought the hotel was nice for the area and served our needs. It's about what you'd expect in terms of amenities and service level for the normal standard rate. However, the rates were more than doubled during the weekend that we stayed (due to an event at the Convention Center) and therefore the hotel was nowhere near worth the money we paid. And it was extremely disappointing to pay outrageous rates and then have nothing included.
Parking was extra, water in the fridge was $5, breakfast was extra. Normally this would not be an issue, but at $600/night, you wouldn't expect to get nickel and dimed for the small stuff on top of it.

Not a great experience. The rooms were very much in need of an update. For example, the hair dryer is hanging from a bag in the closet. The pool wasn’t working when we stayed there and I never received notice about it ahead of time. The on-site food is incredibly overpriced. There was hardly any soundproofing from the floor above so I heard them walking throughout the night. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.
