This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel. This time I brought my mother and had to make a change at check-in due to the need to have a roll in bathroom for my mother's room. The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did. Staff also game some great information on places to eat. It is so nice when they are able to provide local insights. The room itself was spotless and comfortable.

Jessica at the front desk is amazing. The kitchen staff in the morning for breakfast went above and beyond. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will for sure to stay here again when I am in town.

We enjoyed this hotel very much although not everything was up and running (bar, ability to sit outside on the patio, etc.) because of the time of year. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. We will go back when the weather gets better.

Lousy cafe/food service --- no office support (computer, printer, etc.) --- I am going to look around for another hotel now

Pool and hot tub were amazing. Kids had so much fun. Plus a bar for adults on site.

Upon arrival the outside of the hotel had garbage scattered everywhere and there was also a pile of garbage sitting right by the main doors. While there were some updates being made there were also garbage cans and dumpsters so the garbage could have been thrown away. The inside of the hotel was clean and the staff very nice. Our room smelled clean and looked nice when walking in. Beds were comfortable. While there is no complementary breakfast they should still offer coffee and water. There is a bistro but it was not open. Good enough for an overnight stay but would probably not stay again.

It is under construction. It should say on the app. Explain better because when you get there you don’t want to go somewhere. She told us about the pool etc is not working but it was too late. The app should say that to take a smart decision

We were excited to stay and booked the property on its amenities. Upon checking in (late evening) the clerk told us about the renovations and how the pool and hot tub were closed. Had we known, we would’ve never stayed. The renovations have the hotel looking grungy and unsafe. While I agree it needs renovated, maybe that should be advertised. Or at least the rooms could’ve been deeply discounted due to inconvenience. I think if a chain owner decides to do that, the establishment should be shut down during renovation periods. Upon looking around, I was able to get into the pool area with my guest key. If that was off limits due to renovations, why was I able to get in? There was not a sign on the door (there had been for the gym and the common bathroom on the lower level stating not to go in). But the pool was on, the fountain in the pool was on and it appeared fully functioning. Big let down with the way the hotel advertised its nice clean facility. And absolutely not worth the cost of 2 rooms!

The property was undergoing renovations, so it was a little disruptive. However, the staff went out of the way to accommodate guests and work around the disruptions. A lovely hotel, a very attentive staff, and a great location!

Room was perfect and the staff were extremely nice. We visited during their construction but were made aware with plenty of time and all accommodations were made available to reconcile any issues.
