This was a very nice hotel, clean and friendly. They are doing renovations and the 4th floor we stayed on had completed renovation. We really liked that most of the floor of the room was hard (tile bathroom, laminate otherwise, with carpet only around the beds. Hotel rooms should not have carpet, as it's disgusting (holding onto filth/odors), and I was encouraged to see that this room had very little. The housekeeping staff were very polite, as were the desk associates. I always clean with clorox wipes when I go into a hotel room, and did so here as well. I did it just for extra at this hotel. It was already clean, and didn't skeeve me out at all. Impressive!

We came in for a family reunion, the hotel was near the Monroeville Park, where my reunion was held. The staff was friendly, especially Natalie at the front desk & the lady who works at the bar area for food & drinks.

I got little sleep due to the loud appliances.. refrigerator and a/c unit and because of renovation, places were really messy. They should’ve alerted the public to these conditions. Money wasnt paid to arrive and find the surroundings less than favorable

Absolutely love staying at this hotel. The front desk remembered us from the last time we stayed here two months ago and gave us a welcome back goody bag that included water bottles and some snacks.

The suite we had was a very nice size, however the couch was dirty it had nasty looking stains on the arm rests. Also they were doing construction so the virw from the balcony wasn't great.

The only complaint I have is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. While there is the small machine in the room, not being able to get a free cup of coffee ( not to mention free breakfast) was a disappointment.

This was a complete ripoff. First off the TV was decades old and I couldn't access my subscription accounts. Secondly the internet was down for my entire stay. Should have been told that before check-in. Thirdly the toilet seat was connected to the bowl on only side. Think slip and slide. This isn't Marriott Courtyard of today? Is it?
