Staff was pleasant. Got notified when room was ready , earlier than 3:00 check in too. Beds were clean, immaculate room and bathroom. Con: no nightstand one one side and no alarm clock available. Construction site across the street going on and was'nt told

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and went out of her way to me helpful to us and others . The bed was comfortable and I usually don’t like hotel beds

It was very close to buisness trip at Rhodes at the Pawtuxet as we were settling up a wedding there woth my team but the star bucks girl named in the morning shof of 12/23 was so so rude anv basically ignored me at first then afterwards ofgered to get me something but wotha very frawn face and racists attitude....i felt it since she saw me come with my hijab...on the other hand the c.s at front that was in the same shif was super friendly and nice

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room in bed were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The only two concerns I had were that the property is not very well lit. The sign for the entrance does not lineup and therefore in the dark, you possibly could miss it so it may be a little bit difficult to find if you don’t have GPS. In the bathroom, there was a heavy musty odor, and I noticed that there is no ventilation fan in the ceiling, which might contribute to that. It wasn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but anyone with asthma or breathing issues might not be able to stay in the room. Hopefully it’s just limited to one room and not others
