The customer service was beyond excellent however I believe the cleanliness could’ve been upgraded. We were there on Friday through Sunday. I don’t believe the hall of the first floor had been mopped or vacuum the entire time until Sunday upon leaving. The room furniture had several stains on it and could’ve been shampooed. The customer service was beyond excellent from the desk attendant, and all the employees that I ran into however, a better routine for common area cleanliness needs to be initiated.

The staff was really great, the room was clean and well kept as were the grounds and hotel in general. The sink leaked but was taken care of quickly (on Christmas eve mind you) and it took an oddly long time for hot water to make it to the shower but otherwise all in all the room and stay was fine. My neighbor who seemed to live there full time was overly noisy and I wish I'd been in another room but it wasn't anything crazy just kinda loud.
The sliding door to the balcony was super difficult to open and close if that matters to you. Decent place, I was there for a week.

Our advice would be to call the property prior to your stay to make sure all accommodations are in working order. We arrived to not be able to use the pool and the hot tub out of service. Room was fairly cleaned. 1/2 of the staff members were kind and welcoming.

My first impression of this property was not a good one due to the lack of customer service I received from the woman checking me in. I liked that my room was clean and spacious. I did not like that the refrigerator only stayed on for 2 hours at a time causing me to worry about whether the food I placed inside of it would spoil.

The hotel was located in a convenient and safe area off the turnpike. It was somewhat dated, but very comfortable and clean. It would get a higher rating if they had free breakfast. I would stay here again.
