Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful, especially Tina at the front desk. Coming back to the hotel from a family wedding with our hands full of leftovers, Tina immediately offered to store them in an accessory refrigerator overnight as they weren’t going to fit in our room mini fridge. So thoughtful.

Front desk staff were super friendly.
Breakfast was not included but we paid for it. The girl who was serving/taking the breakfast order was not friendly at all.

Clean room and common area. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be the wait at the café. Waited more than 5 minutes with only one other patron there and were never acknowledged. Ended up forgoing our drinks because our uber was getting close. Not knocking off any points for that though. Just too bad because we were just getting a couple bottled beers and would have taken 2 seconds.

Hotel is nice and in great condition. I was disappointed that they charge $10 for parking in an outside open lot, that doesn't make any sense and is tacky.

Its a very nice hotel, very clean. Rooms are nice size and very clean. However the breakfast situation stinks. They say breakfast is from 6-10am. I went by at 9:30 to get breakfast and was told by staff that i could only get a cup of coffee, they are not serving food. Not a major problem, but annoying. Also like most hotels poor water pressure in the shower.
But overall a great experience, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay there again .

I had a little trouble with the first room that was assigned to me as the door would not open almost like it was jammed from the inside… But the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and was able to get me in a room quickly. Overall, it was a very convenient decent place to stay For one night.

While the area is walkable, I would be cautious at night or alone as with anywhere. The main strip of stores and restaurants as well as the Capitol Theatre are within a mile and have a lot to offer.
