Everything was great hotel was clean.. My fiancé and I stayed here for a little get away nice bars and restaurants all walking distance from the hotel. Didn’t drive anywhere the whole trip.

Charged for valet parking and we parked on street during entire stay. The pool was not tended to all weekend. There were dirty towels and garbage lying in the pool area as well.

Had a great stay, perfect for staying the night or weekend. Valet in the morning was held back so definitely recommend on having a bit more help with that. The GM or I believe the manager on site was very helpful, jumped in to help. Will be coming back for sure.

The rooms are very small especially for 3 people. 1 person used the pull out sofa bed which was hard as a rock. The sheets for the bed did not make it any better.
Every time the AC came on you would have thought a hurricane was hitting.
On the positive side, the people working there were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately it doesn't make up for how disappointing this hotel was.
Its not a place I would recommend staying.

Beautifully updated rooms. Very comfortable. The valet service went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay carefree parking. SHAMIKA greeting was courteous and inviting. She picked up the mobility scooter out back of vehicle and all its parts easily and graciously. The "bistro" was not open most of our stay , but there were plenty of great cafes and resturant within walking distance.

The attitude of the employees towards guests was one of distaine, and complete arrogance. In particular the receptionists at the desk. We have always felt the Courtyard was a top hotel chain but this one was one of the worst we've ever experienced.

The room was good and the location was ideal- close to the highway and lots of walkable options downtown. However one of the elevators was down for our entire stay and someone must have been smoking cigarettes because throughout the night we kept getting big wafts of cigarette smoke in our room when the a/c would kick on.
