Courtyard by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County

The staff was very accomodating and very friendly.

It would have been very nice to have complimentary coffee for us in the AM downstairs, like most hotels….even complimentary breakfast. But it was all very nice and friendly staff.

This hotel is upkept very well. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating. The problems I had with the hotel that kept it from being 5 stars were beyond the control of the staff. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where there was no breakfast included. That would have been fine if the paid option was affordable. The hotel houses a Starbucks only for breakfast, which means I can buy eggs for $17, a bagel for $7, or a plain coffee for $4. That seems a little silly to me for a hotel that costs as much as this one per night. But like I said, the staff was great. I've had plenty of friendly staff members to deal with at other hotels, and these staff members, here, may have been the friendliest. So overall, it was a nice stay.

The room was suitable and cozy.

Friendly staff. Rapid check in. OK room. Only complaints are no safe in room and only one elevator which is quite a hike from check in. Bar and breakfast staff very attentive. Hotels.com rated it far higher than reality.

Solid hotel -- nothing really special.

Fantastic hotel. Quiet, out of the way. I always enjoy staying here when visiting Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown

Seamless awrvice - eith a smile!

It was close to the Tarrytown Music Hall and shops and restaurants.

Front desk people very helpful

Property was well kept and clean. Whitney and front desk team were excellent!

The Courtyard Marriott in Tarrytown is a nice hotel that was very clean and modern with all the expected amenities of a Marriott. Bathroom is a little small, but it's good enough. We had a 1 BR suite that was spacious, though our kid who stayed on the pull out couch said it was very uncomfortable. Nice to have a balcony with two chairs at the hotel. Nice courtyard, though no cushions on the main seating in the courtyard. No breakfast included but nice little restaurant in the lobby and Jose made excellent cocktails. Free cookies all day was a nice touch.

Check was great. Three story property. Elevator is quite far from lobby and then our room 371 was a long ways from the elevator. There is no complimentary morning coffee except in the room.

For the price I paid you didn’t even get free breakfast and the prices you charged for breakfast was outrageous. I will never stay here again.
