The balcony is why i chose to stay here. The staff was wonderful . I like the fact that it has a bistro/bar in site. The bartender/server was excellence! He made me a mixed drink that was goodand his service was great

The room appeared clean at first glance, but uppn the need to throw away some garbage, we had 2 garage cans with no garbage bags, dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor/tub
And the coffee cups/coffee etc were not replenished. The tv had prints and dyst all over it. As well as bedside tables had drink marks and dried up food/drink marks. It was near to impossible to keep the room at a comfortable temp, it was either too warm or top cold. The hotel was booked solid this weekend, and there were no other rooms available, so, because of tbe state of the room, I just cleaned it myself, as i have little faith at this point that housekeeping was going to clean it any better than when they were supposed to the first time!!!

The room was vey clean and in good condition. Dark ugly colors walls making it dreary. Bed was ok but the worst pillows we have ever encountered in all our travels. I woke up with a stiff neck and a headache.

This is an issue of North America. Don’t expect a three star hotel in North Carolina to mean the same thing in Ohio. The hotel does not reflect the three star rating. Staff was nice and quick.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for work over the past year, but this time there was a situation involving many police, and I was awoken by police so they could search my room. Staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer money off my stay. I didn't feel safe and felt that the police were not transparent about the situation. It was obviously an active situation that we as guests were not fully made aware of. I will not be returning to this hotel.
