Nice hotel that is undergoing renovations.

Great property, clean and great staff

Convenient to local attractions and port. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little tired, but they are renovating.

Easy access to the beach and the pier was not far away.

Well the floor above is was being renovated listened to hammering of the foot all day long 8:30 am til whenever it was understandable people have to work I completely understand but the dumping of a pail of who knows what above us and pouring into our own balcony wasn’t nice Other than that staff was very friendly and outgoing

Really liked the whirlpool in the room. Huge enough for 2! Bistro was still open for food and drinks after 9pm when we arrived!

Good location for watching rocket launches from beach. Did not like that parking was not included when booking 3rd party Expedia. Was billed on credit card provided for incidentals $12 dollars per day $25.68 for 2 nights. Pay attention to details when booking. Good location for the area.

The bartender out at the tiki bar was the best!!!! The whole hotel was beautiful.

Outdated and dirty room. Yellow stains on sink. Tub unsafe and very high to enter. Small pillows and uncomfortable bed with depressed springs. Overpriced. Noisy

We enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel with nice heated pool and hot tub. The restaurant was also great. It is a bit outdated, the water pressure was very weak, and there was no venting in the bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

We checked in earlier than expected and were provided with a King Room with a balcony. Although the room was nicely cleaned, the balcony faced the back of the hotel sign, so we requested a different room with a better view. The staff moved us to a King Room with a balcony, partial ocean view, and disability accommodations. However, my husband, who is 6'5", found the bathroom facilities unsuitable—the toilet was too low for both of us, and the bathtub had grab bars. Additionally, the room was smaller than the one we had initially reserved. We requested a non-disability room, and the staff assured us they could accommodate the change. Unfortunately, the third room we were moved to was identical to the second—it also had disability features, including a low toilet, grab bars, a small bedroom space, and a low tub. This was highly disappointing. During our stay, the Bar/Starbucks area only had one employee working, resulting in significant delays due to the high number of guests compared to the limited staff. On a positive note, the front desk attendant who initially checked us in provided excellent service. He gave us a tour of the hotel’s first floor, informed us about ongoing renovations, beach chair rentals, and local seafood restaurants. His upbeat personality and extensive knowledge greatly enhanced our experience. The fitness room was clean and the machines were in good and working condition. But we will not be returning to this location.

It was located conveniently in downtown Cocoa Beach. They have private walkway to the beach.
