The staff at the front desk and bar were amazing. The food from the Bistro Bar is made in a microwave and is not very appetizing. We had the meatballs appetizer and one of the flatbreads. It lacked flavor and, for the price, was not worth it. The pillows were uncomfortable, and stains were on one of the bedside lamps. Despite that, it is in a good location, close to shopping centers and restaurants, and serves our purpose.

I like the location of the property, it is convenient to get to the places that I wanted to visit, in particular Florida Institute of Technology.
I did not like the service that was delivered by the front desk representative when I checked in on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at approximately 12 midnight. He was just there doing the bare minimum, there was no welcoming warmth, which was disappointing.

The property was well-maintained and the room was clean. I was just disappointed because when I booked through Expedia, I thought the hotel had breakfast included and when we arrived, we realized that breakfast is à la cart and a coffee is almost 5 dollars and the other breakfast items are expensive as well.

I stayed a week at this property on a business trip, and I must say it was fantastic. Property and rooms were clean, views where amazing and I felt safe knowing you could not just walk in the property, quiet. Beds where comfortable. Great stay.
