Beds very stiff. Found old food from previous guests in the mini fridge. Bathroom was dirty and amenities broken. Several outlets didnt work.

People are amazing. The facility is deteriorating.

The hotel was rated as 3.5 stars. There is no way that was true. The hotel was old, dated and very dirty. I was very disappointed with my decision my stay.

This hotel is always been the want to go when I’m in Milwaukee. The only thing is some of the rooms are start showing in need of maintenance and I hope this hotel doesn’t go into the decline but other than that, it’s always been good to me

It’s always a pleasure staying in this hotel personal is great and the rooms are good. The only thing is that I can start seeing that some of the wrong I start to get into need a little attention but than that for me, this is the place to go

Just spending a night in Milwaukee between a night Bucks game and a Brewer's day game. Location wasn't bad for these events. This hotel was a bargain based on cost and cleanliness.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Shaky internet. Didn’t use much other amenities.

Starbucks in the lobby. Clean rooms. Lots of parking. Friendly staff

Called last week before our arrival to ask if the hotel bar would be open. They told me yes. We had a group of 8. Upon arrival bar was closed in a friday night. Went to breakfast service was amazing by Becky. Felt sorry she was the only server and she did a. amazing job. She did have a group that walked out before she wasn’t attentive due to all the tables she had by herself.

It was alright. pool was cold but that’s a pool. food (breakfast) was kinda gross. won’t eat there again. beds were hard

Staff was very helpful but we had some issues with room temperature and bathroom cleanliness. Also, even though there was an option to prepay parking on the hotels.com website, parking is free at this hotel.
