The only thing I would say parking I don’t think we should have to pay extra for parking.

The AC unit in my room wasn’t cooling down. It would only heat the room.

Everything was nice and clean

My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly frustrating and left me with serious concerns. Firstly, my watch was stolen from the room during my stay. While I immediately informed the front desk (and later the recipient/management team), I’ve received no resolution or follow-up from the hotel despite my follow-ups during checkout To make matters worse, I had to rush to the airport leaving me unable to address the theft in person. Beyond this alarming incident, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. The **room cleanliness– stains on linens, dusty surfaces, and a general lack of upkeep. The facilities are **outdated and poorly maintained*, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. The most persistent issue, however, was the malfunctioning key card system Every single day, at least twice, our room key stopped working, forcing us to trek back to the front desk for reactivation. This was not only inconvenient but also wasted precious time during our trip. , I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of a theft incident (with no accountability), neglected facilities, and daily logistical hassles made for an exhausting and stressful experience. Steer clear until major improvements are made.

The breakfast food selection was extremely disappointing. The bfast bugfet was fefinitely not worth $25

For a Crowne Plaza Hotel this place was subpar. They had little to no food/drink/convenience supplies (toiletries, medicine) in their little corner store. I had to drive over the bridge to grab snacks and soda. They also charge like $25/day for parking on top of the room rate and then upon check out, the one exit gate was busted.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet, considering the proximity to the airport, which was great. Some things are a bit run down (key cards had to be changed every time i left the hotel because they would not work when we got back; middle elevator gave us a scare when it suddenly dropped between the 5th and 7th floors)

Well located property in the proximities of SFO. Very convenient for an early flight or late arrival
