Over all nice staying

Furniture and window coverings needs to be updated

Was charged a $50 deposit which turned into a $73 pending charge after we left. I contacted the hotel multiple times (the first attempt using their online chat service which wasted over an hour). Nothing to correct this other than sending me multiple copies of a separate invoice including completely unrelated charges. About the room and amenities themselves: *The room was decent minus the air conditioner that would randomly cycle on and off, emitting a loud whistling noise while it did so. Makes it pretty hard to sleep through the night. *At 11:30AM we noticed a sign about the pool being closed at 3PM. So we thought we had time to swim, but we got kicked out of the pool anyway. We noticed one employee dumping chemicals into the pool straight from a jug, then on another day we saw an employee measuring what they were adding to the pool. I wonder which employee was doing it correctly? *Had 1 of 2 of our room keys stop working almost immediately, then got a replacement which didn't work either. So we only had 1 room key for our 3 nights. *The gym was okay, pretty small and the guests didn't seem to care to clean up after themselves. And it didn't seem like staff checked on it, as the water machine was broken and there was stuff on the floor multiple days in a row. *The majority of staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. All in all it was okay. Almost worth it if I didn't have to pay for parking

Keys didn’t work had to get new ones. Charged extra for breakfast.

First entry into the room provided a musty smell like grandma ‘s old house. Tried to close the door but it wouldn’t close shut. Then trying to sit into the couch and properly sink into the bottom. Tried to put my feet on the foot stool and my feet also sank to the bottom. Driving into the property the driveway should use a new paving to fix the cracks and potholes. On the day of my checkout, while taking a shower a staff tried to get into my room. At least I hope it was the cleaning lady. Luckily the door safety hinge was on. Tried to call the receptionist one time to ask a question and properly was rushed off the phone and hung up without my question answered. The pictures look great but the room is nothing like those pictures.

The only thing I would say parking I don’t think we should have to pay extra for parking.

The AC unit in my room wasn’t cooling down. It would only heat the room.

End table plug not working. Room too small but not bad stay for 2 days. Staffs are great .

Everything was nice and clean

My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly frustrating and left me with serious concerns. Firstly, my watch was stolen from the room during my stay. While I immediately informed the front desk (and later the recipient/management team), I’ve received no resolution or follow-up from the hotel despite my follow-ups during checkout To make matters worse, I had to rush to the airport leaving me unable to address the theft in person. Beyond this alarming incident, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovation. The **room cleanliness– stains on linens, dusty surfaces, and a general lack of upkeep. The facilities are **outdated and poorly maintained*, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. The most persistent issue, however, was the malfunctioning key card system Every single day, at least twice, our room key stopped working, forcing us to trek back to the front desk for reactivation. This was not only inconvenient but also wasted precious time during our trip. , I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of a theft incident (with no accountability), neglected facilities, and daily logistical hassles made for an exhausting and stressful experience. Steer clear until major improvements are made.
