We arrived early and they were able to get us to our room right away which was a big help as we had a tour booked for Alcatraz at 3pm. Room was clean and quiet and on a higher floor!

It’s old and run down. In the bathroom, marking are wrongly done for hot and cold water. All electrical sockets don’t work properly. We stayed there for 3 days and hotel staff didn’t clean room even once. We tried to call reception but no one picks up the phone most of the time. We needed drinking water in reception and they said all staff is busy in restaurant so it can take a long time. It was not a good experience overall!

Room wasn’t cleaned when we got back from being out. Went to restaurant down stairs, asked the hostess for price, $25, a bit pricy for what they had. Plus they had ran out of scrambled eggs, which they wernt so scrambled, that my son said. Ran out of potatoes. While looking at buffet, and was approached by host he mentioned, because we’re about to close, got a bill for $54. That’s expensive for the buffett food my son & I had which wasn’t even good. For that price we could’ve had better sit down breakfast

We had a nice little getaway weekend. Took a nice stroll by the bay and found a yummy Jewish diner near by. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed the gym amenities. Overall a really great deal. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the parking was packed and expensive, and the pool had so much chlorine in it, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast included option was a great deal!

The hallways are a little Tim Burton esk, like you’re in the movie Betelgeuse, can be a little disorienting, but besides that, very nice facilities, great complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The staff tried to charge me $24 for a 3 hour stay for parking very rude didn’t want to check me out, not in any way worth the money spent for a stay !! They sucked !

Overall it was ok. Three things worth mentioning are 1) on hotels.com breakfast was showed as included, no option even available to add it. found out the morning after i checked in it wasn’t. 2)toilet constantly ran in room if the lever was not pulled up IMMEDIATELY after flushing, didn’t flush multiple times. 3) there was an event being hosted there, absolutely no parking for guests available, cars were parked in the middle of the parking lot making it hard to get around and also simply frustrating.
