Our family stayed overnight before taking an early morning flight. The hotel was a mile from SFO, clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. We’d stay again for the convenience.

Great place to stay close to the airport, beds are comfortable, good pillows, good linens, clean room and lobby. Restaurant was OK, good staff. There’s nothing around the hotel. We ordered DoorDash and got some good Thai food, but there’s nothing to walk to and no view. Also, no outside area. All in all the room is fine for one overnight or if you’re just looking for a room and then going to explore during the day.

Poor maintained facility, elevators are like a scary ride, noisy and unsafe, room was not cleaned, I found three socks and a water bottle under the bed. Toilet flush was not working. On top of this you have to pay a parking fee which is not common for hotels around SFO airport.

Beds were comfy, water & snacks that greet you were great and Daily $25 breakfast buffet at the onsite restaurant was delicious.
The only negative was the loud hard slamming doors that could be heard through to the early morning hours.

The restaurant has great food and servers we're ok, but the intire staff of the crown plaza we're quite possibly the rudest most unhelpful people I've ever incontered ! checking in was a headache parking lot is always full and overfull as people are parking in the lanes and you can't even get through the pool and hot tub are filthy just a horrible place my only enjoyment came from dining next door at gabrielle and Daniel's it was fantastic as we're they just two great guys making great food! but i would avoid the crown plaza it's a Horrible place !!!
