Website mentioned everything’s pay upfront, when check in, charge $24 per day for parking, no continental breakfast included, only microwave in the lobby to heat up noodle that sold for $4 a cup. There are two bottles of water and two bags of snack on the television counter. Did not touch it and don’t know if it is complimentary. A bottle of water listed $8 on the room service menu.

Airport shuttle service ends at midnight. Our plane was delayed and we had no service to the hotel and no warning that this would happen.

This hotel was quiet and the rooms were comfortable and nice. The hotel is looking a little bit old, but generally in good shape. It definitely is close to the SF airport which is good for customers that are flying into SFO.

This property is lacking a real renovation and update. It’s old and it feels like you’re in the 1990’s. Also the staff, especially at the front desk, have poor attitudes. Don’t stay here if you can help it.
