No room cleaning at the first day until called and the janitor off work already at 4pm. No water provided. Room was so dirty and old. my sleepers turned to black color due to so much dusts. Shower room floor sticky. Worst experience ever.

Good value and overall a nice place to stay. My dissatisfaction stemmed from having to wait 1:30 for the van pickup. Called after the first :30 and was told he was dropping off at 2 more hotels, had to get gas and would pick me up at the airport after that. As it’s only a 5 min drive I thought approximately 20 mins longer. After another 30, I called again and was told the driver was on his break! He wouldn’t be there for another 30 mins! He did show up after that and 5 mins later I was at the Hotel. There I saw the van schedule and saw that I had just missed his last pickup before his break. My frustration wasn’t with the driver, it was with the front desk staff whom I called. The lady was absolutely non-plussed at my frustration and didn’t even apologize. Just mumbled something about his schedule. She was very robotic anyhow without much of a customer oriented attitude. If I had been given good info in the first place I would have just Ubered it. During my wait I saw other hotel vans come and go 4 times! Because of my work, I stay near the airport many, many times per year and know the area well. I feel they should get another van or at least publish their pickup schedule on their website.

My stay was great, needed to be near the airport for work reasons, the shuttle was convenient, the property could use a refresh but was clean. The staff friendly and professional. Nice area.

The hotel is perfect for the price point – clean room, excellent location, all the amenities you need. Excellent service!

お風呂のお湯を入れたかったが、栓が壊れていてお湯をためられなかった。

Carpet was dirty. Things outside were not in good repair. Damaged support walls near front door. Hardly any of the outside bushes and trees were taken care of. The bathroom in our room had mold and damaged areas on the walls. The shower water was very slow in coming out. I witnessed another customer complaining about her room. Not a pleasant experience. We will not stay at this location again.
