No room cleaning at the first day until called and the janitor off work already at 4pm. No water provided. Room was so dirty and old. my sleepers turned to black color due to so much dusts. Shower room floor sticky. Worst experience ever.

You can easily access Publix transportation. If you want to eat out, everything closes fairly early, after 830pm you may as well order on Uber eat.

Front desk female staff isn't friendly - no eye contact, doesn't offer essential information such as elevators, gym, etc. When asked about shuttles, I was just given a schedule without much explanation or pointing out where to wait.

The staff was very cold and not helpful at all. And they were so cheap with towels and cleaning room ,had to ask or schedule to have my room cleaned. And there is no shuttle service for an early flight.

The cleaning staff were nice and good. One of the receptionist gave Me witch vibes. West bay restaurant give my daughter cold fries and half dun bacon and for Me cold soup. The Philly cheese steak had a warmth to it. The Caesar salad was good and after he bring Me my 2nd bowl of soup it was hot and a good taste. Also, the fries were good and hot.

It’s outrageous you still charge $24 ea day for parking to your customers, when clearly all your infrastructure is run down and not safe at all, and extremely expensive rooms for how they look and their condition- I was expecting a lot more from CROWN PLAZA

Good value and overall a nice place to stay. My dissatisfaction stemmed from having to wait 1:30 for the van pickup. Called after the first :30 and was told he was dropping off at 2 more hotels, had to get gas and would pick me up at the airport after that. As it’s only a 5 min drive I thought approximately 20 mins longer. After another 30, I called again and was told the driver was on his break! He wouldn’t be there for another 30 mins! He did show up after that and 5 mins later I was at the Hotel. There I saw the van schedule and saw that I had just missed his last pickup before his break. My frustration wasn’t with the driver, it was with the front desk staff whom I called. The lady was absolutely non-plussed at my frustration and didn’t even apologize. Just mumbled something about his schedule. She was very robotic anyhow without much of a customer oriented attitude. If I had been given good info in the first place I would have just Ubered it. During my wait I saw other hotel vans come and go 4 times! Because of my work, I stay near the airport many, many times per year and know the area well. I feel they should get another van or at least publish their pickup schedule on their website.
