The Cupertino hotel looked great when looking for a place to stay, while staying at the hotel reviews online didn't match up to the service we received. The front desk staff for both check in and out were very friendly and professional. The bartender in the lounge was also friendly and happy to help us get a few sodas. The hotel is enclosed where the pool is in the center of the court yard. It looked elegant from the photos and they had day of the week mats in the elevators. We staid in an Executive King which includes a living room, large dual sink bathroom and a full size bedroom with king bed and closet. Both the bedroom and living area had a TV. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The room was spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was set up nicely, and surrounding area has everything you would want.

We had a great stay! Happy hour drink before our concert was nice, lots of plants looked cool, clean room. Just had a nice day !

We stayed in Cupertino Hotel a few years ago and we liked it. So we booked it again this year. However, the condition and the service deteriorated badly. They were doing renovation in the lobby without telling us when we booked. The breakfast was poor. Will not stay in this hotel again.

The waterfall that's pictured as the profile picture for this hotel was completely drained. The two free drinks that were supposed to be daily were only offered on Fridays. The "bar" and "restaurant" that were advertised did not exist. The "bar" was the happy hour from 5-6 on Fridays, and there was no restaurant; they said it was now closed. Even though there was an advertisement in the room that said the restaurant was open daily. Overall, horrible experience. We thought the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel would make up for not being in town, and then it was the opposite, with there not even being a restaurant as falsely advertised.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Philip especially as he arranged for a microwave to be placed in the room after apologizing that there was not single microwave on the premises.
Due to renovations, elevators were not available during check-in and check out.
No VIP perks and the hotel did not look much like the pictures. Not a 4 star hotel

Great room, updated, roomy and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was very spartan like. Continental breakfast was very sparse in what it offered. Lighting at the hotel entrance and around rooms was very poor.

This was a convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Very close to highway access. The property is a bit dated but well maintained. It was also very quiet. The room was much bigger than expected. If I had to stay in Cupertino again, I'd stay here.

This was our first time at this at this hotel we were in room 128 it was comfortably clean except I noticed a layer of dust on the vent. The courtyard water fountain is out of order and very large so it is an eye sore. We had a one room suite it was well designed. The bathroom needed the towel shelf re-hung, it was too low and too close tothe tub I nit my head on it there is a stabilizing bar hung inthe shower area and it interfered with the shower space. The free breakfast was very poor, hard boil - ed-eggs,fruit, and cereal. The coffee is good.

Early loud construction near my room heard through the walls. Ice machine should be maintaince. Sounded not happy.
But we are heavy sleepers and early risers.
