We like this place and enjoyed our visit. We wanted to extend our stay. But it seems that the property manager allows one of the front desk employee to behaved in a rude unprofessional manner. This issue has been addressed before.
This employee is in her mid 40’s, dark short hair brown skin. Now that tells that the management never takes action on teaching this lady a proper education on customer service.
She’s the face of the company to prove better customer service to all customers that comes in the door. Heck I’ll be willing to sacrifice 8-hrs to teach this lady what it takes to be a great customer service professional. But Billy or Bobby whatever her name is gotta go.

I was impressed with the person that checked me in. She even offered to help me to my room because she saw that I wasn't comfortable walking with my cane.

The hotel was pretty good we've been there off and on for the last past 4 months each time we were there the washer and dryer was always out of order it's probably not going to change I think they should take that luxury off of their amenities list.

Good location in cedar rapids near markets, restaurants and shops. The price was affordable for what you get. Breakfast could be better. There is a Mexican restaurant in their parking lot so options are available for lunch and dinner pretty good restaurant.

I will not recommend this place for anyone.
1. Front Desk woman was unprofessional and rude.
2. First room we got small hairs all over the bed.
3. Second room we got same problem less hair and dirty. I had to wipe down a bit.
4. Kids outside in the parking lot playing at 10 pm around touching our car. Which I think it was strange, them teenagers possibly belong to the woman that check us in. Her name was BillyJo Billy something? After I yelled out they started running towards those apartments across the street.
