I think there’s some remodeling needs to be done to bring hotel up to par. The only thing that was enjoyable was the bed slept well. But from there, it was downhill. The front door was broken. The carpet was very old, dirty and worn. When I spoke to the person at the desk about making reservations, he pointed me too the website and said I would get a better deal. I should have went to see for myself the condition of the hotel.

Originally booked 3 nights here. Keith did an excellent job checking me in Thursday 11/7, even got me a room early. He showed me room 120. I got my key but didnt go to my room until much later that evening.
Ate and got in the clean bed.
The morning comes and as I am preparing to take a shower, I check to see if the blow dryer on the wall works, and a very large roach crawls out.
Thankfully I didnt unpack!
Upon immediate check out on 11/8, Jessica was very sweet and understanding, when I said I need to check out early and showed her the picture. Although she wasn't able to waive my 1 night charge she assured me that I would only be charged 1 night and that her manager Mike would contact me at the number I left.
It is Sunday and I am still waiting to hear from Mike the manager..

Front desk lady Jessica very rude and inconsiderate . I drove 3 hours from my hometown to stay here and she wouldnt let me because of age . Was rude about it didnt offer help nothing . Poor customer service

This property was good for my weekend getaway (on a budget) to go to the Space & Rocket Center but the facility needs work. My room: missing electrical outlet cover, stained carpet, rag tied around base of a sprinkler, cracked bathroom mirror, hole at the base of a wall by tub. If these multiple maintenance issues could be addressed it would be a really good budget friendly place. The staff (front desk in and out, maintenance & housekeeping) was exceptional though!
