Management was very rude

I had issues checking in took over 45 minutes and then we asked for an extra blanket and pillow and was told they didn’t have any extra pillows available even though there was only five cars in the parking lot. Customer Service was nonexistent.

I loved the room! Most hotels these days have no rails to put your hand towels, this hotel had them which I really liked. I liked having tissue available. and plenty of space to hang clothes. The lighting at the sink could be a little brighter. And I would prefer having local channels to watch instead of the streaming channels that most hotels have gone to. The breakfast had enough options to have a very nice breakfast. Everything was very clean and the it was easy to get to the hotel from the highway.

It was ok. Hard to find help without calling help phone but it was ok.

Staff was very friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby was clearly under some construction, but overall hotel needs some work. My room was clean, but very small. TV was bigger than many hotels and had a small fridge and microwave. I wouldn't plan more than a night here as its just too small to be comfortable.

Overall, unit was clean. Beds were very hard to sleep on.

There was no heat in the room. It was 20° outside and it felt the exact same in the room. Absolutely frigid. Other than that the hotel is good enough, nothing very nice, but okay just to sleep in besides having no heat and a below freezing day.

Cheap hotel, the area wasn't that great and the hotel is old and going through renovation

It was worth it we were at the Packers. game and had a good night when we got back. My husband had to wake up staff for garbage bags but other than that it was okay.

Breakfast was not a breakfast. Beds were ok, showers could use new heads on them.

Hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. Duct tapped carpet everywhere. Lobby full of boxes. Pool had a bunch of stuff floating in it. Whole place smelled like a sewage back up. Never got the WiFi password even when calling down to front desk. Depressing breakfast and area. Was told I could only pay cash for an early check in. Seemed suspicious …….. Rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good though.

The room itself was ok, but bathroom sink vanity was so small could not place toiletries or any other hygiene 🪥 items there, and there were no spaces in the bathroom 🚽 and shower 🚿 area either! We used the back entrance to our room and the hallway had some sort of funky smell 👃 that I couldn’t recognize. In the bathroom, the toilet paper 🧻 was empty and the TV 📺 wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk and the wife was working and was extremely hard to understand. She gave me a second remote and went back to the room and the issue still wasn’t resolved. Went back to her and then she called 📱 her husband from where I believe they lived in the hotel? They discussed things in a foreign language from wherever they originated from. I thought it was rude, I felt excluded and they could have been saying anything about me and I wouldn’t have known!! He finally came with a real/master remote he needed to get it working, because the two weird remotes we had tried certainly didn’t. Now let’s go to the free continental breakfast 🍳. I would give that a one 1️⃣ star ⭐️ review! When we arrived there was only one person in the breakfast area, perhaps that should have been a precursor, warning ‼️ to us!! It had two choices of cereal, fruit loops and raisin bran. Three types of bread 🍞, marbled, wheat and white. There was a 1/3 gallon of milk and an empty OJ container that no one ever came by to replace or check on anything! The packaged butter was in the fridge and too hard to use.

Duct taped carpet seams, breakfast was a joke coffee was just as good as the smell next to the hotel. Paper mill smells. Look it up on google… Kaukauna wi smells

It was perfect for us! Room was clean, bed comfy, coffee in the morning

This hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. Clean. The breakfast was lacking!

Update: The manager Jay called me back to "assure me" this is not his fault or problem and the problem is with Expedia. Expedia didn't charge my card and cannot refund me unless the hotel gives Expedia back the money. The manager will gaslight you and put the problem on anyone but him and the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE!!! I recently stayed at the Days Inn & Suites in Kaukauna for two days, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering, the lobby and hallways had a strong odor that reminded me of garbage, which was off-putting. Additionally, the entire hotel seemed to be covered in construction dust, making it feel unkempt and uncomfortable. One of the most concerning issues was a noticeable hole in the floor in the hallway, which posed a significant safety risk. It was alarming to think that someone could easily trip and injure themselves. Moreover, I am still waiting for a refund for the incidental hold placed on my card during check-in. The hotel is blaming the charge on the booking site I used, despite the fact that my card was swiped at their hotel with their card reader. This has been frustrating to deal with and has left a sour impression. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made. Staff were unhelpful and rarely at the desk, dirty common areas, safety risks, clutter in the hallways and the place absolutely smelled. Pay the extra money if you can for something a bit nicer.

The hallway carpets were filthy. No housekeeping during our three night stay. Overall, a bad experience.
