Days Inn by Wyndham Chino Valley

I would like to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my recent stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Chino Valley, AZ. My family and I unexpectedly stayed at this location for four nights over Christmas. While I typically prefer higher-end hotels, this was the only option close to my parents in Paulden. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your staff, especially Kaylee. She made our stay remarkable and ensured that our Christmas Eve was warm and welcoming. My family of four never had to ask for anything—Kaylee was always one step ahead, providing extra towels and hot cocoa without us even needing to request them. As a Gold member with Expedia and a frequent traveler for work over the past four years, I've encountered many hotel experiences, but none have compared to the heartfelt kindness we received from Kaylee. It's evident that she loves her job, and I commend you for having her represent your company. Our hotel room was warm, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing—three essential qualities for a great stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone planning a trip. Fantastic staff, a wonderful hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Kaylee is—she truly stands out! Thank you for a memorable experience!

Convenient if one has to stay north of Prescott. Not much around the area. Very nice staff. Walls are thin.

It was a really nice hotel. The check in lady was super friendly. The indoor hot tub was nice. And it was on the edge of Chino Valley, so it was nice and quiet. Also, the hot breakfast was good. Nothing to brag about but they did offer scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links along with a waffle iron. Lots of other options, too, like bagels. The juice machine wasn't working, unfortunately. But they did offer hot chocolate which I'm always a fan of. Just Swiss Miss, so nothing fancy. For the price, we had a great experience. Will very probably stay there again.
