Once we arrived in the room we noticed the bed linen was nasty & stained. There were also a ring around the tub & the floor in the bathroom was dirty. We alerted the service desk & asked to switch rooms. He tried charging another deposit, until he was told that we paid 1 deposit & will not pay another just to get switched to a cleaner room. He provided a key to a different room, which linen was worst than the first room we were provided. The new room was more dirtier than the one we were currently in. I went back to the desk & told them we'd stay in the current room. Someone was sent to change out the linen, which they only switched the top cover, & to clean the tub. I asked for a refund but was advised that there was no refunds after being checked in.

The male housekeeper is a PERV. I was in room 222, I was traveling for business and it’s in a nice area. Restaurants and gas station is in walking distance. The front desk staff was amazing, I didn’t have any problems my first two weeks. I decided to leave and find another hotel, the day before I checked out the make housekeeper, whose speaks broken English, touched me inappropriately when he came in my room to get the broom, I ask to borrow to sweep up, Although they provided housekeeping I like to clean up after myself, being that my youngest child was with me. I had to ask him to leave, being that my child was with me, I didn’t want to cause a scene, but I felt at that moment very unsafe and had to relocate. Overall if that situation wouldn’t have occurred, it’s a very nice place

The place was fine. No elevator. Carpet in our room upstairs was clean and had an attractive pattern. Breakfast bar was meh. Nice front desk staff except for the unfriendly lady in charge of sweeping and in charge of breakfast bar.

It was dirty and had a bad smell. The restroom had hair on toilet and floor area with something that looked like mice drippings. The towels were stained and the bed covers had stains and cigarette burns and cigarette smell The furniture was nasty and had water glass stains the television was broken with lines in the screen from the cracks. The carpet was stained and dirty with crumbling pieces of food and paper on it. The room was just nasty. I would have left but other places were sold out

I've stayed here a couple of times and never had any issues until this last time! First off, the TV didn't work and the guy at the desk said to "unplug it and plug it back up" week we did and it worked for a while and then it didn't work at all for the rest of our stay!
The water in the tub did NOT get hot at all but the sink water was super hot so I literally kept filling the ice bucket from the sink in order to take a hot bath!!
I then asked to check out at 11:30 and they said they would give me until 11:15 without charging me extra and at 11:05 they were knocking on the door telling us that we needed to check out now so the housekeepers could clean the room!!
I don't know if they got new owners or what, but I was so disappointed! We will NOT be booking this hotel again!
