Days Inn by Wyndham Dubuque

My room was very shop-worn. The worse was the sink had somebody's tobacco spit in it and wasn't cleaned. Ugh! Who is running this place?

The place is a older hotel that was remodeled within the past couple of years the beds were pretty firm. But for the most part for the price and having a bar that served food and a live band on Friday was with the value.

I was traveling around the area with the girlfriend and decided to stay here. Looks like great prices during the week but I still got a fair rate for one night. I love that this is placed right beneath a small cliff, but I definitely wouldn’t be putting parking places below it. That’s why I stayed up tight to the building XD. I loved the bar and the outdoor seating . The rooms looked very nice and modern. Not sure why other reviews are saying it’s outdated. The building it self seems to be a little old with a couple doors that are hard to open, but it was no issue at all. The breakfast was good. A lot of drinking options with some food items. No hot food. The only nitpicks I have are very small. Outside smelt like cigarettes and you can hear everybody. Cars starting, doors slamming, and showers starting was a very common thing to hear. The front desk lady was also very rude, but not enough to make me not try this place again. Will definitely be coming back.

Not that good. The photos on site are not representative of the actual rooms. They're run down, bad carpets, stains and chips on sinks, toilets and shower. Doors are damaged. Lights by beds didn't work. Put in a request to have them fixed. Nothing happened. Smelly. Outside was in poor shapes. Outside doors didn't close properly. Not clean at all.

Nice quite Hotel with easy access to downtown.

An average but still nice place to stay for one night. Nothing special (for this price range) but nothing wrong either.

Superb place. Great on weekends. Great bar. Live music. Never expected a Days Inn to put out so much. Second time here and I will come back continuously.
