It was clean

Lights bedside no longer work. No connections for phone. No clock in room. Had to grab my phone. Unfriendly night check in. Took him too long considering I paid on line.

Issues with outside door locks. Disgusting ice machine. Horrible chairs

heater did not work properly, the staff told me it was fine.

The property looks like it is being remodeled. There was no carpeting in the hallway just the pad was down. One of the sinks in our room leaked and had a garbage can catching the water. I would recommend wearing water shoes in the pool the bottom of the pool is very rough. The continental breakfast was great.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. I paid for a room with a working hot tub. The hot tub did not work. The electrical panel for the hot tub was actually falling apart and shocked me when I tried to turn it on. It is extremely dangerous. I tried talking to the hotel operator but they did not speak english very well and the rest of the staff were also not english speaking. I dont speak spanish or hindi so I was unable to communicate to them how dangerous that hot tub is. There was no carpet in the main hallways. Our room was missing half of the trim. The area where there should be a place to hang shirts, coats, etc was missing. The microwave did not work. The TV literally fell off the wall. They had it mounted with a drywall screw and some washers! The heater controls and panel are broken so either the heat was on full blast or not at all. Several tiles around the hot tub were missing or falling off. The bathroom toilet ran all night long and is installed VERY crooked. The bed is sagged so bad in the middle we kept rolling into each other all night while we tried to sleep. The door lock does not work, The interior lever just rotates but the lock never comes out. We have pictures of everything. ROOM 122. I expect a full refund at a minimum. The place was disgusting and clearly run down and not what I expect from a Days INN. We ended up staying at a different hotel saturday night just so we could get some sleep as the noise was ridiculous from a mechanical room right next to us

If you just need a place to sleep the bed was comfortable. Okay value for the money

We were placed in a second floor room and there was no elevator so I asked if we could have a first floor room and was told that none were cleaned. Health/mobility issues make steps very difficult! I asked for a coffee maker I. The room and was told”no we don’t have them anymore” I asked why it was still on there website and he shrugged his shoulders. The pool appeared filthy! Upon inspection you couldn’t see the bottom step yet alone the bottom of the pool! Needless to say we didn’t swim! Also the bathroom door couldn’t be closed! The doorknob was too small for the opening.

Not what I expected from a Wyndham property. Bed was only mattress on metal frame without box spring… too firm.

New or newly remodeled

Carpet ripped out of hallway and no one working on it on a thursday. Definitely needs a good cleaning.

It’s been a few years since we have stayed at this property & it was better this time. It appeared to have been recently remodeled, but would be nice to have lights above the mirror by the sink. The only light in this area was the one in the entrance to the room.

Gonna be nice once remodel is completed!

Portions of property being remodeled. Very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and we appreciated the 24 hour access.

Staff was nice. Pet fee was reasonable. Room nice size. Bed was decent. Parking lot was full of garbage. Room not the cleaniest. Hair in tub and floor.

Property was open during remodel. Carpwt flooring torn apart. Pool area closed. Had problems with credit card. Got charged twice. Would have been nice to be informed of what was going on.

Not bad..

Unconstruction, no pool or hot tub. New carpet and paint smells. Beeping noise constantly
