The staff made us feel like family. Kids loved the pool and spent hours in it each day. Room was clean and well maintained; as was the rest of the hotel. Great location for going to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Loved everything about our stay! It was more than we ever expected for the price we paid. Friendly staff at front desk. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully! Overall good stay!

The rooms were clean which I appreciated, but the beds were so stinking firm it was hard to sleep. Also, after we made the reservation I received an email stating they had gotten rid of the complimentary breakfast and replaced it with vending type coolers you could buy from. Unfortunately I didn't read it in time to cancel and make another reservation. Also, there was smoking allowed in the pool area. Had to leave because I'm allergic. Cut my time playing in the pool with my kiddo.

They apparently don’t clean the rooms very well before customers arrive. There were cobwebs on the lamps, urine on the back of the toilet, the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom in a non-smoking room and stains on the carpet. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We also requested a ground-floor room for my handicapped mother and was denied and told there were none available and they proceeded to place us on the top floor halfway down the hallway. There were only 4 handicap spaces available which is abysmal. There were also several instances online of breakfast being advertised at this location, but it isn’t, meaning we had to go over budget and buy breakfast out.

It's not the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. It's very near the interstate so there is constant sound. I am thinking about applying for a job here though in some fashion and see if I could live in one of the rooms of the hotel I am 59 and 1/2 years old and currently homeless and looking for a job. I'm moving back to the greater Cincinnati area because I lost everything in the Altadena fire in January in Southern California.

1. When i entered to check in the receptionist told me that you cannot change the room. I dint even ask him anything I just said Hi thats it.
2. The room was dirty and it was goat smell all over.
