Furniture was shabby, drain was mostly clogged, extension cord didn't work, toilet was TINY, controls on shower were faulty. I thought I had found a real bargain, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Very dirty and worn out everything. One out of 5 light bulbs worked. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Poorly supplied lacking in towels, no Kleenex, no cups, roll of toilet paper 1/2 gone with no replacement and microwave was filthy. Shower curtain stained and wrapped around shower rod. I actually checked out after 25 mins of feeling like I had no place to sit. I was told I have to contact corporate for a refund after my 20 minute terrible experience. Man at desk was nice but really there was nothing he could do so I went elsewhere.

Although the price was very low, the room was not even made up. It had trash beds were unmade towels on the floor and then I stepped in dog crap on my way out cause I unloaded my stuff then I loaded it back in my car and I drove up and I told him I’m not staying here so I hope they gave me my refund

The room was very old. Bathroom floor was about 8” out of level. Mold growing on pipes under sink. No soap or other amenities. Mattress didn’t fit box springs and was in need of replacement. Pool renovation, or abandonment, just outside the room prevented view out the window. Breakfast was frozen wrapped croissants and danishes in the freezer with a microwave. Meh.
Not a nice play to stay.

It was better in past. But for $50/night, you really can't complain. Towels were old, beds were comfortable on one side where no one usually sleeps. 1st room smelled like smoke, so he came over and gave us another room but never brought us a new key...it was just place to crash for the night so no biggie but the quality of the hotel has gone down over the years. The breakfast was bare minimum.
But for $50...can't complain too much.

Clerk said they no hot water and the washing machinewas in the corner.
But neither one works. But the only way you know is by putting 2.50 in it. And there was no water at all! Wwll was going on next door. Terrible

I let them know I was going to pay in cash upon arrival, once getting there they charged my card without my consent. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and the hot water wasn’t working and then the water stopped working all together (sinks, shower, toilet).

I did not wind up staying there because they had no hot water. Apparently their boiler was on the fritz. I expect my fee to be refunded from Hotels.com for this booking.
