This place was disgusting. We had to switch rooms three times due to lights not working and beds were unmade. Our third room had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The pool was closed. I wish I would have looked at the guest photos before staying here because it looks nothing like the photos they have posted.

They do not have a pool room was not in good condition I asked for non smoking yet it reeked with stale smoke. Breakfast was not!!!
And last but not least the sheets and covers were filthy like they just made the beds from the last guest.

First, I am about 90% sure that I selected a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. There were mysterious stains on the bed, and no towels in the room. There was one lady at the front desk, Mrs. Right, who was extremely helpful and kind for helping me locate towels from another room. It was still an interesting situation to be in.
The room was... interesting. I think only one light out of all of the lights had a lampshade on it, and the towel rack for hand towels was missing.
There were more things, but honestly, I have never checked out of a hotel a day early before this one.

We had 3 rooms booked. In room 203 the bed against the wall closest to the bathroom had bedbugs. There were no towels in our rooms. We had to ask for them and the staff on duty handed me the floor towels. I had to tell him I needed different towels.
