Nice pool & hot tub. Used the laundry facilities with no complaints. Comfortable bed and pillows. Neighboring rooms had kids, so it was a bit noisy but not the hotels fault. It is located across the street from a WalMart and next to a Culvers. Breakfast is adequate. Would book with them again.

I'm partial disabled using a walker,the staff always opened the doors for me including room door,very friendly

There is a dock in the back that is beautiful until you walk out on it and see the big hole in the floor perfect for someone to break a foot or leg. There is a big bride that neat to look at from the parking lot.

I liked the comfort of the bed, the breakfast convenience, coffee service, staff. The effort to make me happy when I needed to move from the second floor room that I could not sleep in on the first night, to a first floor room for the second and third nights. The first nights room was disgustingly filthy; carpeting and things broken, plus Im a senior, the stairs were bad for me.

Easy check in process. The air was turned off in the room when we got there, so it took a while to cool down, but it worked well. Pillows were a weird ‘soft hard’. They seemed plushy, but were actually hard once you laid on them and left a sore neck. For a night it was fine. Everything was clean and the staff was nice

All n all it’s a fair bargain, if your looking for large tv large bathroom this is not the place . We will say the bathroom was clean very small and cramped bathroom though. Ceiling was loaded with dust that apparently gets blown up by the heater/AC unit then falls. Could hear toilets flushing and people walking in the room above. We got in at a fair pice though so it’s alright, if your hoping for a breakfast to carry you through till lunch this isn’t it but again we got in at under $117 so we didn’t expect much. Will we book again on our next visit? Ah probably not.

Top notch service. They even cleaned my room early upon check in so I could get changed before a business event. Above and beyond good service. Very pleased.
Furniture in the room is a bit dated and not very comfortable, but the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

With. Remote didn't work, door broke on the hutch in front of refrigerator, creakiest shower tub I have ever been in. Staff was nice , breakfast was great.

We did a one night overnight in Iron Mountain. Breakfast was decent, lots of options. The coffee bar with cookies 24/7 was a really nice touch. Loved the rooms had a fridge (although it needed to be defrosted) and a microwave. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
