Great stay. Super friendly staff. Really nice pools, indoor pool and hot tub year round, outdoor pool just opened. Good location close to everything. Rooms are fine, clean, comfortable beds, huge TV, fairly quiet. Will definitely come here again.

The “free” breakfast was very limited with a broken juice machine & stale bread/bagel products. The property is extremely dated and needs updating. Staff was very welcoming & helpful upon checking in.

This is a very nice property; great location, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was really pretty good; they had a good variety of offerings which was nice. The staff was helpful and communicative. The hotel is located very close to Franconia Notch which is really pretty.

Excellent location convenient to Franconia Notch State Park and downtown Lincoln for restaurants. Room has very good lighting but poor electrical outlets (lamp outlets too loose for connection). Breakfast (included) was good and staff friendly. Housekeeping daily (rare these days).

Mostly everyone was nice. I arrived with my kids and I was expecting a normal hotel. But, the area was run down and the hotel resembled a motel. I'm a clean freak and hotel was not that. The toilet seemed like it was going to tip over when I sat on it. The smoke alarm started chirping super loud in the morning. I couldn't get it to stop. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The breakfast really was just waffles and bagels and eggs if you find any. No fruit, nothing. The place just seemed extremely understaffed. Definitely not what I was looking for.
