Attendant was short-tempered and rude at check-in. Placed on second level with pets, which was not the most convenient. Room. Itself was good enough for our overnight stay

I have stayed there three times recently and each time the hot water didn’t exist and got progressively worse. They have had plenty of time to fix it. If they can’t do better than this, they should not be renting rooms. This morning there wasn’t even a trickle of warm water to take a shower. They owe me a refund.

I stayed at this motel about ten times in the last 20 years. Conveniently located near my son in Stevensville. I stayed on road side of motel-street is VERY busy and noisy!! Also you can hear showers in other rooms. No cleaning of room or fresh towels during three night stay.

This Days Inn went above and beyond! Staff is very attentive and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend!!!

The room was adequate but not up to Days Inn standards we're used to. We won't be staying in any more Days Inns.

No hot water. It was cheap and relatively clean and quiet

Room and property is dirty. Carpets are stained and well worn. Old hot water heater was outside on The side walk. Check in was extremely slow after being contacted earlier by hotel to see if we were still coming or had pets. Unimpressed!

I would like my money back we got there was no hot water the lady at front desk said that they had these problems for over a week but they don’t tell people at check in there was no plug in by night stands for sleep machine

Good reminder that you get what you pay for! The hotel is older with paper thin walls and doors, but the worst part was the literal ice water in the morning when I went to take a shower and the poor front desk girl had to deal with all of us bombarding the front desk about this, she gave us the owners email and I did submit a complaint to them and have heard nothing. Also looking back on the reviews, this was an issue in June, so it’s reaccuring and they don’t fix the issue!!

Clean room. Cold shower, upstairs with no elevator. No suitcase rack. Only one ice maker for the entire hotel. Breakfast was decent staff were friendly and courteous.

We travel a lot and this was our worst experience ever. By far. There was no hot water, only freezing water. We were told at checkin there is no hot water in any room. We had to wait about 45 minutes at checkin while they "checked" if the hot water is working in another room and that was reported as luke warm, not hot. That room didnt fit our family anyway. We made a reservation for a 2 king bed room and ended up getting 2 queen beds with no hot water. At checkout there were other furious guests that all had the same experience as us. When we asked for compensation the receptionist suggested we get 50$ credit (which is laughable considering a night cost 220$). When we asked for the manager we were told he is not available. We could tell this wasn't an isolated event. We recommend avoiding this hotel. Additionally it was a very dated hotel, didnt feel clean or comfortable and breakfast was minimal.

Pillows were unusable. There times higher than a person could use. Checked into the Smelliest room like 10 dogs had lived in there.. luckily was moved. Breakfast had no fresh items.. pop tarts and cereal.

The property is run down. One morning we had NO hot water. The other mornings the water was tepid. Housekeeping will clean your room every three days. If you ask, the front desk will give you fresh towels. Breakfast was fair and the hotel smelt musty. The staff did the best with what they had to work with. Stay in Missoula.
