Returned booked and paid through same third party with same names and CC with a different employee working 2nd night, negative 10 stars!
An 11 year employee KAVIDA decided she could not do what the fr staff member had done 24 hours earlier and allow us to stay although the CC on file was not present. 24 hours earlier, the staff member who checked us in thought this to be the case also and initially we were leaving. Actually beginning to walk out. This polite professional when she investigated further in the computer, she recognized that we pre paid for room and
