Great stay. Refrigerator had problems but Frank fixed it up immediately. The night clerk 2 to 10 older lady brunette i forgot her name was awesome during check in during sunday.

Couple getaway. The room was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Room service came in daily to clean, make the bed and restock anything we used. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Everything just about was such a disappointment.
The only good/great thing about this hotel was the food was decent at breakfast, and the view of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome with no expression from two people at the desk and we were just rushed when checking in. No smiles, eye contact, or anything. Breakfast is served until 9AM. The food was really great. Parking was pretty close to our room and so was beach access so that was a plus. The hot tub was taken over by small children most the time but probably because the pool was too cold. Was really disappointed in front desk. I asked for extra towels and washcloths for 4 of us since there were only a couple in our room and the lady at the desk refused to give me four of anything because she said they didn’t give more than the amount of people in the room. She was very rude about it and even rolled her eyes at me. She gave me her name when I asked for it at least. The toilet and shower seemed to not have been cleaned in a while with dust and rust that’s pretty thick. We made the best of our stay, however, customer service just wasn’t what we’d hoped for.

Great location right on the beach. Big, clean rooms with a balcony. It was off season so the beach chairs and umbrellas were unavailable. The property and rooms are a bit out-dated, but overall, the property and rooms were clean. Housekeeping was great. Always available to give you whatever you need and people were always cleaning the hallways and outside of the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

You need electric car chargers. My last night there loud banging was going on till 4am.Toilet was leaking at the bottom. Over all I loved it specially hottub.

Property was well located right on beach and central. The property is aged and bit run down and can use a good paint job. The pool and spa were nice but pool went from heated to not heated during our stay. Breakfast was good and front reception staff were very helpful.

I thought the property was nice. I loved the balcony. Really the only "complaint" would have been that the door into the room could use a little more insulation from noise. Overall it was a great place to stay & the breakfast was much better than most!

I would have given you five stars but the pillows were a bit thin to sleep on. So actually I would say 4-1/2 stars. Rooms overlook the beach and loved having the balcony to sit on. I love the soft white sand of this beach and this has been my favorite since visiting and living here (1980) for awhile. We also got the amazing sunset right from the balcony.
