Not worth the money, the towels weren't clean, the blanket had holes, the microwave wasn't working, not all toiletries present, there was a pungent smell in the room. However, the front desk was helpful and responsive, but overall not a great experience.

Rooms was ok. Bathroom was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Half roll of toilet paper. Shower still had dirt in it. Sheets had black marks all over them.

The check in was terrible! I had called in advance, to make sure I could check in a little earlier, and been told that I could check in at 11 a’clock. When I showed up, the staff did not belife me- and I was told that there were no man in the staff, that could have answerd the phone = saying thereby, that I was lying!! I was in tears! (Tired, sick with the flu, and just exhausted..). This was just horrible!
- But, all the other staff, was trying their best, to make this work, and they were nice and friendly.

The building need some repairs. The restroom ceiling is falling and the extractor fan it was so laugh that it sounded like it was ready to fall into pieces. The TV is very old.

Rooms were very DIRTY! Beddings were definitely NOT changed. There was hair on the pillow tops and under the covers. Couch’s in the room were stained and dirty. Never again!
