I booked this hotel on Hotels.com, Fully paid for my room, AND did their online check in adding my credit card for incidentals and when I arrived they insisted that there is some bizarre $1 CASH ONLY payment required at check in. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of and no explanation was given.

They could offer a little more bariety and maybe some fresh fruit with the breakfast. But overall every stay here has been confortable and any issues were adressed promotly. The staff is helpful and theyvwork hard and do the best that they can to assure that they are providing the best stay possible to us as guests thank you

Tv a joke,staff was arguing when i went to check in including the owner i stood there for 10 minutes watching then cus at each other finally i yelled above them and asked for my reservation what a crew i should have turned around and walked out left a day early that i already paid for and stayed at a nice place for my last night in town

This place was one of the worse place we have stayed at. The place looked decent on outside but once inside it was run down, smelled musty, pot and cigarettes. The man at the desk had trouble separating our rooms due to 3 families booking rooms and wanting to charge one card. Rooms were hot smelled musty, beds were worn out and not comfortable at all. The us place needs an upgrade for sure. Only reason we stayed is that we booked it last minute and didn’t have another place to stay.
