Got stuck in the elevator and the guy came and threw his hands up like it was my fualt there very rude they dont have respect the house cleaning just walks in and the owner guy just walks in and stands and looks at you in your room i had to yell at him this place is really sucky definitely will not ever go back they need to learn not to be rude and not walk into people rooms

The night fromt desk person was very rude and too busy on her cell phone to be of any help. We were a nuecence. We tried to ask were elevaters were and she shut the office door since on her personal cell phone. Then the office chair lift option was broken so the chair was lowest setting. We called the front desk to get an exchange said she would us back and never did and we called again and was told hotel was too full to exchange. We had to put tons of pillows on the chair to be able to use the desk. Had to work and it ended up hurting my back. They need to get friendly staff and fire these rude staff. Also no coffee pot in room as advertised

You get what you pay for. We needed some inexpensive rooms while visiting family. Customer service was terrible, the key cards never seemed to work, breakfast was just ok. The elevator was broken for half of our stay. However the rooms were clean. If you are just looking for a decent place to stay without and extras-this will do.
