Stayed here on a whim, liking the price and having no idea what it was like. Very nice property - clean, updated and welcoming. Nice surprise. Would stay there again.

I Booked this room because they advertised a pool. When I got there, they said the pool was closed due to lack of chlorine. Next time I will call for availability of the facilities.

Our visit was nice , quiet and we had no worries one thing that could be different is the garbage can need to be a bit bigger and the parking was kinda stressful when busy ..but it was a nice stay we thank you

Room was great and clean. Only thing I will say is the room did have a sort of mildew smell. I’ve stayed at other days inn and never had that smell. That being said, staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were nice, but needed a vacuum and spot clean on the carpet by the desk for a pizza spill. The mirror light did not work, no coffee maker? The breakfast was pretty pathetic, only cheap junk food, not even yogurts or eggs or sausage. Prior, We had stayed in an excellent Days Inn in Chino, Arizona. Springville’s Days Inn was not the same level of expectation. The night desk clerk was friendly , didn't even see the morning clerk. All in all not worth the $.

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, I was struggling to get my kids and luggage in the door (they don’t offer carts), and a female staff member stood behind us impatiently waiting to get through the door, she never offered to help, and eventually just went around us didn’t even help to hold the door, just went back inside and wandered into the back room. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and pleasantly updated. Breakfast was bare minimum, stale bread, no yogurt or anything fresh.

Stayed one night for vacation. The washcloth had a dirt stain that came off with soap and water. There were bits of food under the chair next to the window. The room has a musty/smoke smell and the property is non smoking. The TV remote was not working properly. Outside the rooms the air conditioning needed to be turned on. It was over 80 degrees and windows were left open in the hallways rather than turning on the a/c. The bathroom door was squeaky when closing.
