Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

The room was ok, but the breakfast was terrible and very limited.

Property location was ok , room was dirty , washroom door was Brocken, could not close the door , not going back again .

When I checked in the person at the desk insisted on charging my credit card an additional $200.00 deposit that was not refunded to me.

I was only there a few hours since I arrived at 9:30 PM and had to leave at 3 AM for a flight. However, I was on the 4th flour and the elevator did not work when I left, since I had to walk down with my luggage - I made it but not ideal at 3 am! I was alone and I wasn't sure it was a safe area. The room was fairly clean but there was some hair on one of the hand towels.

The room was shabby, the bathroom was stained, the lobby and other areas were dirty and shabby. It was very poorly maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous but it seemed like the owner doesn't want to spend any money maintaining the place. The breakfast was terrible.

This hotel has not had an update since the 70s. The front desk was amazing, but everything else was really, really disappointing.

Property needs a lot of attention. Looks like it’s pieced together. Dogs and children running up and down the hall at night. Loud music. I was actually scared to call and report due to the craziness.

Friendly staff and comfortable room! Breakfast was very under provisioned so I just went next door to the Dennys.

The person who checked me in was AMAZING friendly ....not alot to do in the area

The room has a bad smell of a old rug. The air conditioner is nosiy.

Not bad for a one night stay

It’s always been fine. We just stop in to sleep however there was quite a few questionable guests and we were a little concerned about my children safety… no coffee pot in room fair warning but like I said if your just stopping to sleep, it’s great if your staying for more then that I don’t recommend

it is need of alot of serious repairs. also all the breakfast area coffee pots waffle machine toaster everything needs replacing

This Days Inn is in a rougher area. There is an issue with soliciting and vagrancy in the parking lot. We didn't feel safe on the premises outside of in our room. The lady at the front desk was so nice and interacting with her was the highlight of our stay. It was also very convenient to be across the street from a Denny's that is open 24 hours. The property is very rough around the edges. The air conditioning and TV in our room didn't work, but it was a plus to have a mini fridge and microwave. The shower took a while to heat, but was a fine experience once it did. We checked out before their free breakfast started. If you were to partake of that, it might make it an okay value. I still wouldn't return here because of the safety concerns even though it's relatively convenient to Syracuse airport (12 minute drive).
